Not happy – I just received my necklace/chain today. When I first opened it I thought how beautiful the necklace is but then I checked the chain and was upset because it was in a huge knot that I can’t get out. I have been trying for 1 1/2 hours to get the knot out. Not sure what to do. Can’t give for gift!
