    Silver and gold charms – I ordered these charms in both silver and gold. I really like these charms, they’re good quality. The silver ones came with all the letters and 4 of each as well. However with the gold charms, I’m missing letters H through N and got an extra C (not complaining about that one). Other than that, these charms are great and I actually would purchase them again.

    Good – The product overall is good. It isn’t shiny its more of a matte gold which is pretty but I thought it would have been more shiny. Also, two of the letters came broken. Product also looks very well made (aside from the two broken ones)
