Arrived with a shattered mirror and I got next day replacement – I was so heartbroken when I saw the item came damaged but I was sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY. It took me a good chunk of time to assemble and there was no way I could have placed the mirror for the last step without a partner, but with enough determination I ended up with a beautiful assembled jewelry case/mirror.

Great product – Overall a great product. Even though the assemble instructions said 30 minutes for 1 person to build it took me about 2 hours and the last step of attaching the mirror to the legs would be a lot easier with 2 people. I had to use my tool box as a step for the mirror to sit on as I screwed in the mirror to the legs. Thats the only issue I had. Instructions are easy to follow.
