As advised – The gem is way bigger then I though but that is ok. Took needle nose pliers to get the gem to screw into the post.

Trouble for nose piercing – It’s not even bad quality but god DAM did that take forever to even put into my nose piercing. I had to put it from the bottom of my nose and I used the medium sized one. It’s cute but so much trouble putting it in .
