Damaged Both Times – I received the item with 2 chips around the edge of the hat part. So I ordered another one. The second was in even worse condition: scratched and the black was cloudy (it wouldn’t wash off). This was a gift that I needed quickly, so I couldn’t order a 3rd. The item was adorable but the condition, not so great. Disappointing.

It was a little over priced but I love it – It is over priced at $30 but it’s also really cute and I love it. I hade to exchange it multiple times before I got one without a defect. The first one came without a sorting hat the others had glue stains or something all over it. The exchange’s were easy and the replacements came quickly.
