Customer service does not care about you and the quality is cheap – It came boxed awkwardly wrapped causing us to destroy the box and could not return. Can not re package and no Amazon/UPS store anywhere near me. Also you must attach the lift up mirror top piece with tiny screws on to a metal bar that is bent preventing the attachment. I paid $270 for an armoire that has drawers that drop down when opening mixing up your jewelry. And don’t expect to open the side doors without hitting the wall before it opens the whole way. I will never buy anything from this company again. So much for my Merry Christmas.

Very Rough and Cheap Finish a Bit Junky – The finish on this product was so lousy I swear the thing is haunted. I purchased the white one and it is basically a thin coat of see through white primer. There are nail heads bulging up from underneath the finish. All edges are very rough cut looking, and the inside felt looks like it was trimmed with a large dull wood saw blade. That said, it does have it’s good spots: seems sturdy and strong, was easy to assemble, and has good storage capacity for it’s dimensions. We did keep it despite the vastly poor finish and rough edges as it is functional. I would say it would be good for teenager or if you’re just looking for something functional and do not care about if it looks cheap and “shotty”.
