Not for someone looking for a larger sized Medusa diamond – I’m just switching out my Monroe piercing to real jewelry, So for finding my right size of length this set worked out well. The diamonds in the peoples pictures are very good sized and prominent but the 3mm diamond is tiny on me. I’m definitely going to find a different brand with a 4mm diamond and switch this out as soon as possible. It was hard to put on and I wish it twisted from the front. But I haven’t had any unscrew on me while wearing yet. Though some I couldn’t even unscrew and I just gave up on. Slightly disappointed. 50/50 satisfaction.

Put up a fight – I had to put up a good fight to get the jewel top piece to separate from the bar. I couldn’t tell if this was a twist top or pull off. Anyway, after 2 days of trying to figure this thing out, I finally did it! I had to hold one side with a needle nose plier and put on rubber gloves to twist off the jewel. Once I put the bar in the nose hole I had to tussle with putting the tiny jewel piece back into the bar hole. After it was done, I was happy. It’s great quality and I really liked that they had different sizes

Just what I wanted and needed! – I kept losing my other piercings and was looking for something that was sturdy and purty. This came in 4 different sizes and the diamond looks amazing! The diamond is the male piece that goes into stud and then screws in. Making it super tight and doesn’t losen up so easy. I’m am super happy with this buy and wish u would have bought it sooner to be honest !

Great for newly pierced ears !!! – My daughter has thick earlobes and she has very sensitive ears for cheaply made products( She had. Bad experience with first peircing) the earrings were sinking and having sighnes of infection. I ordered these and her ears are now healing properly. Definitely would recommend !!!

Pretty but – They are pretty and gem is bigger then I thought. So far 2 of the gems have just fallen out. I’m on my 3rd gem on my lip. The gage is perfect and yes it takes a while to get the gem into the post. This is normal with anything like this. The 1st time was a hassle but now I can put the gem on quickly. Only 3 stars since 2 gems have just fell off even though they were tight as they can get.
