Item will break under normal use and company will NOT honor its warranty – I am not someone who is incline to leave positive or negative reviews. However, I wanted to write this review to make sure that anyone else considering purchasing items from iSonic understands that the company will not honor its warranty if your item breaks.

Great for cleaning retainers – I love this thing! I use it mainly to clean my retainer (the sturdy plastic one after completing Invisalign). It does and amazing job and makes the retainer very clean and fresh! I just put in a capful of the fluid that comes with it but I’ve heard after you run out you can use a few drops of dawn. I also throw in a little bit of non-alcohol based mouthwash to make it smell nice. After 180s I take out and rinse of in since and it’s super clean. Saves me a ton of money on enzyme drops (Which I use much more infrequently now) and the whitefoam cleaner I was using before (which is expensive). Bonus is I can also clean my jewelry or my glasses when I want with this as well.

It breaks if water gets on the control panel – I got mine in April and used it until may then it stopped working when a little water got on the display pad. I returned it for another one. And now using it today a little water splashed and got onto the display pad while pouring from a cup. Now it’s not working. I shouldn’t have wasted my time getting it again.

Great for cleaning gems & minerals!!! – I purchased this product to clean gemstones and minerals and for the price it works better than expected. I have a large collection of raw minerals that I display in my home and over time the dust is impossible me to clean out of the cracks and crevices. I have always wondered how people keep them so clean and it is so frustrating to spend thousands on a stone that look nothing like it did when I purchased it because of dust. I was shocked at how dirty the water got after a few cleanings and how clean my rocks were. The basket on the isonic is large enough to hold a few small-medium sized minerals, but will not work for larger pieces. There are several minerals that you can’t. It put in water and/or this machine so do your research, but majority of my stones can go In for a cleaning. Easy to use. Just add water, choose time length of cleaning and press on. Cleans with sound waves so it makes a sharp vibrating whistle/buzz but it is not too loud so it is not terribly annoying. Cleans dust/dirt off of most minerals in 180 seconds but if you are trying to clean the earth from them after mining they need more time and you will prob need to add oxcilic acid to it. But I ha e just been using water and this machine for my needs so far. Would definitely recommend for any gem and mineral collector. Ha e not tried cleaning jewelry or glasses yet but trust it will do the trick!

Amazing! – I mainly bought this so I could clean my engagement ring at home so I don’t have to worry about going somewhere or having someone else touch it. I was amazed with how shiny and sparkly it was when it came out looked brand new! Then I decided to clean my necklace as well ad my fiancés and his watch …let that picture above show you enough! You can clearly see the dirt floating around and the dirty water. Soooooo worth the buy! I highly recommend it!!
