Fits for a pair of rings not for earrings – I like the velvet exterior. A pair of rings or a pair of hoop earrings would fit just fine. However, it does not fit well for a pair of stub earrings well due to the shape of the backing. And it certainly would not work for a pair of tangled earrings.

Nice ring box – I bought this for our wedding to hold our rings for the ceremony. It fits our 3 rings (engagement and his and her wedding bands), but it is a little larger than I anticipated. The color is very pretty and the quality is good

Details matter! Nice quality gift box. – I was surprised at the quality of these pendant boxes. They are a deep blue/indigo (almost a tad purple) on the outside, with a black interior/bed where the pendant is. They came with two deep slots at the top to keep the pendant in place. There is a black metal hook in the top middle of the bed which can also be used for pendant placement. The hook starts at the left, but does not go into the bed at the right. At the very top of the bed there is a small satin loop pull for the bed. The box is a rectangle, but with the corners cut off. I like that little detail and think it adds to the look. I also like the black and blue contrast. The top has a little padding to give it a cushy feel. Hinges seem sturdy so far after about 30 opening and closings. I loved that there were no stickers anywhere on the boxes. Another place I ordered from sent fairly good boxes, but with stickers on the bottom..”made in..”. The stickers left a mark when I took them off. No stickers and no problems with these boxes.
