Classy – I love the look of this coin. It’s very classy and well made. For those who say the head is upside down, flip the necklace over and put it on with the head upright. There is nothing wrong with it. You just put it on backwards.

Great design – The chain is tiny and minuscule clasp impossible to open, but the recycled coin is authentic albeit quite worn down despite the temporary layer of gloss applied. The best thing about it is the design. I switched out the feeble chain with an 18k chain that gives it a bolder appearance and also easy to open and close clasp. I appreciate the memory since I used these Lira coins before the entry of the Euro when living in Italy from the 1960’s to 2003. This 500 L. two tone coin wasn’t in circulation until around the 80’s, so it wasn’t around for very long.
