Disappointed and saddened – I was so excited when I received the anklet only to be disappointed when I opened the package. Upon opening the baggie and emptying the anklet onto my hand I heard something hit the floor. When I looked down I noticed the clasp had fallen. I then inspected the anklet only to see that the piece that holds the clasp had cracked in half, which gives me indication that it was cheaply made. The sad part is that this was a last minute gift bought to hold a small pendant that contained the ashes of a mother of a soon-to-be-bride. She just lost her mother and it has broken her heart that her mom will not be there when she walks down the aisle and we wanted her to have this special gift to know she is there with her. It’s just heartbreaking. I’m hoping we can find a replacement in time over the next few days, because we just can risk squeezing the clasp together with the pendant on it and it falling off during the wedding.
