Mix sizes it seems – The quality of the rings are pretty good but it is the difference in sizing between the rings that I find a bit annoying at times. For instance, I wear a size 10 but only 2 of the rings fit well – the others are either slightly too small or slightly too big and are easy to fall off. The ring that has the beads on it was the biggest disappoint, the beads fell off within a week of having the ring and now it is just a piece of cut metal – but again the other rings do make up in the quality of the one that didn’t last that long.

Anxiety great for sure…helps.. – They twist n turn n definitely help anxiety I tried sizes 7 n 8 n 8 seemed small I wanted 1 for my thumb n 3 other fingers but it’s definitely a helper with anxiety cuz I’m always playing with them…I had another n lost it n had no idea how much it helped me until it was gone so I found myself buying these in 2 sizes.. It’s worth it n they are sturdy don’t irritate my skin as I have sensitive skin n can have rashes around my fingers from certain metals or silver is not real… But no issues n they were what I wanted n needed n definitely help my anxiety spinning them in nervousness…

They all spin! – Got these for my teen who has adhd and loves to fidget. I know he is going to love them. I tried one on and its so cute. It spins with no resistance and feels very durable. Love it esp for the price. GREAT STOCKING STUFFER. I may buy some for myself.

Good decision!! – I am very happy with the rings. The one with the little “diamonds” is a bit rough on the edges and the sizing is a bit inconsistent between all the rings. However, for the price and strength of the rings a bit of inconsistency is not a bother. My favorite is the flower, the little beads, and the intertwined rings.
