The little grid is a bit small to get tiny flat earrings out but not impossible. I think I envisioned it being slightly smaller overall (I’m sure it meets the dimensions they gave, just had it a tiny bit smaller in my head) but seems to work nicely. Wish it came in a slightly darker color
