Perfect for travel – The exterior material is a soft velvet material. The inside is lined with a soft material and has plenty of storage. It has six ring slots, 12 earring stud holders and a compartment that has a divider that can be used to make four smaller compartments or remove it for 1 larger compartment. On the upper part of the case there is another compartment for necklaces. We have been traveling a lot and this will help to keep my wife’s jewelry organized when we go from place to place.

Useful! – Lovely travel jewelry box that is really well designed for short trips – I do have another of these, but this one is of a better design as it has the earring holder divider that is big enough to carry 6 pairs of stud earrings safely and securely. The outside of the box is velvety, and I personally would prefer a pleather covering for ease of cleaning – I suspect this one will gather dirt and dust eventually. The inside is velvety with 3 necklace holders with pockets so that your necklaces don’t get tangled. Underneath the earring holder there are plenty of ring slots for rings and 4 small compartments for hook or loop earrings, bracelets, etc. These are wonderful to slip into your carry-on bag for security (you should never put any valuables in checked bags or cases) and they keep your jewelry organised and safe. It definitely beats the plastic pill container that I was previously using!

The pockets for necklaces are very small and only work for short and delicate chains. It’s overall larger than I would like for the precious space in my suitcase, but the case will be very protective and much better than the tiny plastic bag I was using that left everything tangled. I particularly like the middle card for post earrings.
