Doesn’t look like the picture. – The item I received doesn’t look like the photo. The stone is nowhere near the color shown and the text on mine is not filled in completely with the black so it is hard to read. I’m fairly disappointed for such an expensive item and since it’s a Christmas gift there’s not enough time to get it replaced.

Lovely piece of jewelry, special and sentimental, love the inscription — delicate yet high quality – What a pretty necklace! This is a great idea for anyone who you’d truly “be lost without” as the inscription states. The quality of the necklace itself is wonderful and even higher quality than I anticipated. One thing, however, is that the inscription can be a bit difficult to see if you don’t have the best eyes (or at least that’s how mine came). But yes, it is incredibly pretty, and I also appreciate how it has whichever birthstone you choose; such a thoughtful piece that will be cherished by anyone who receives it.

Beautifully made piece, brilliant CZ’s, jeweler type box and packaging – Beautiful piece, even the back is nicely finished and arrives in a blue velvet jeweler type box, in a jeweler gift bag, and includes a polishing cloth and care instructions. Packaged and ready to make a wonderful gift. I ordered the gold April pendant and the CZ’s are clear and almost look like diamonds. Brilliant in the sunlight (see video). Looks better in person than it does online. Just under an inch in diameter, more delicate in person that it looked on the models neck in the online photo. 19 inch chain has a extender 2+ inch extender. I took off 1 star as the chain leaves a bit to be desired and looks cheap, otherwise it’s a beautiful pendant.
