It’s sterile and won’t give you and infection like most hot topic or cheap jewelry will. Alot of versatility with the styles you can pick and work as nose rings (like a hoop) aswell. Would be better if it was thicker – Still a great deal – I sometimes lose the balls or cones to my jewelry so I needed something I can throw in if I cant find them. This fit the bill and my budget. Seems decent quality but I wish the cones and balls were a little thicker.
