Great find but smelly – Love this jewelry box but it definitely has a weird smell to it. It was completely assembled and ready to go up.

Love it!!! – I absolutely love this jewelry box and I was so happy I chose it! I was debating between a few different types/brands and finally settled on this one. And I’m definitely glad I did because it is gorgeous and perfect for my bedroom! And it is solid wood so my husband was able to drill a couple extra holes in the bottom to secure it to our wall. Also, I recommend you drill a small hole for a door knob, which I purchased at the local hardware store, because it is a little hard to open with the magnet being as strong as it is. But like I said, it was an easy fix once my husband installed the knob… Another reason I was thankful for it being solid wood! Thank you again for such beautiful & sturdy craftsmanship 🙂

LR butler – Didn’t come with any of the hardware. So the door hanging hooks, screws/Molly bolts, and cabinet key are all missing. I have screws and Molly bolts so we can still wall mount it. But the key is kind of important. Otherwise it’s beautiful, real wood! Burlap has the normal smell accompanying it, but will air out. It’ll be perfect for my daughter.

The cabinet is great. The mirror and the light are the weak links. – The cabinet itself is well made. The first one arrived with a broken mirror. The second one arrived with a mirror that has a small crack along the edge where it meets the wood. It’s small enough that I didn’t bother sending it back. I can live with it. I found the necklace hangers weren’t long enough for my longer necklaces to hang without overlapping with the ones below. It’s more of a minor inconvenience. I just doubled them or hung them and lived with them overlapping the ones below. Also, the light has contacts that are loose, so it doesn’t always come on or stay on. I was able to wiggle the button a little and it works most of the time. Other times I have to wiggle it to get it to turn on. And lastly, some of my earrings weren’t able to be hung in the lines of holes because you can’t access the backside to put the back onto the earring so I ended up just poking them into the area at the top that is meant for rings. Overall, I like the product. There are a few items of minor issue, but overall I’m reasonably pleased.

I liked that I could reconfigure this. – For reasons I don’t understand, these wall- mounted armoires suffer from two major design flaws: (1) the hinge is always on the left and (2) for some reason, a bunch of it is configured to hold makeup. I don’t get the makeup storage thing at all. There tend to be other flaws as well, among them: too many ring slots, designs to hold post earrings that do not work, not enough places for necklaces, and nowhere to store brooches. For this one, it occurred to me that the metal “love” frame could probably be moved, and that nearly everything else probably could be moved or discarded, too, so I could do what I wanted with it.
