      Great – few minor issues – This piece is beautiful but a couple things bothered me. It’s meant to lean back because the way the metal braces are but it causes issues with the necklaces hung in the door. They fall into the hinges and you have to tilt the whole piece toward you to shut the door. Also, the way it is made it doesn’t feel really stable when opening the door. It comes with a fabric strap to attach it to the wall probably for this reason. It must be their fix for the design flaw. If you don’t plan on using the strap, just be careful when opening the door. You have to hold the entire piece still.

      Great, rustic piece – So, this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered this (truth in lending). I ordered one in October, and it came with a broken mirror, and then was unavailable. Just showed up again, and I thought I’d take a chance.

      Form over function – So, this looks just like the images, which looks WAY better than the alternative jewelry stands available. However, it’s “bouncy”, so when opening and pulling hard enough to overcome the magnetic lock, you kinda pull it towards youself and it bounces back once released – not the most sturdy feeling. Plus the door is at such an angle when it is open that everything on the door storage slides towards the back. Also no ring “slots”!!?? I did not notice in pics…so rings just hanging on a rigid wire rod thing – meaning you have to remove all the rings to get to the ones you put on the ridr first. Not ideal….again though, LOOKS way better than the alternatives. Guess its form over function on this one.

      The wife loves it!! – My wife absolutely loves it. Assembly is easy. More storage than I thought. Cabinet locks with a key which my wife loves. Looks just like the picture. Would buy again!

      Falls over, if you don’t weigh the bottom down. – Overall love how it’s made and looks. However the stand is not very sturdy. I have to put a heavy rock on the bottom to keep it from falling over when I open the mirror. So that’s why I’m not giving it 5 stars.

I was disappointed that the light doesn’t work, and the entire thing is too cumbersome to send back just for that, so I’ll keep it sans the light. I also didn’t expect it to be so unstable–it does come with an anchor to screw into the wall, so I used that, but I don’t know if between the pets and the Roomba, the mirror will last very long without crashing to the floor. The concept is very pretty, but execution needs some work.
